RETURNS AND EXCHANGE
If you are not satisfied with your order, you have the possibility to return it within 14 days after receipt of the goods.

-> Within 14 days. You log into our return-site and get the needed information to send the products back to our address

How do the products need to arrive to our address?
-> The products need to arrive new and with no damage, without any signs of wearing in the original packaging.
Is the shipping free?
-> Yes, the shipping is free if you want to exchange the product. If you want to return the item you need to pay a restocking fee (10 €).
To return or exchange the products properly, please follow the next few steps:
1. Log into our return-site with your e-mail address and the order-number.
2. Choose the items you want to return or exchange.
3. Print the shipment information that you get.
4. Send all products in the original packaging and without any signs of damage to our address.
How long does it take to get the new product or the money back?
-> It takes approximately 10 days, to get the new product (if you chose to change the size).
-> After we receive the items, it takes 14 days to get the money back at your paypall account (-10€ restock fee)
-> You will receive an online shop voucher within 24h if you chose this option instead of a return or exchange.
When does the return period?
The return period at Kuvet begins after all the items in your order have arrived. If your order is complete, you have 14 days to exchange or return the goods. So please wait until your order has arrived completely.
We stand behind the quality of our products. If a defect occurs that is not due to normal wear and tear (or misuse), your shoes (or other products) will be repaired or completely replaced as soon as possible. The deadline for lodging a complaint is 6 months after receipt of the goods.
Your order has arrived damaged, what now?
Your order arrived damaged? Please send us an e-mail to email@example.com. Include your order number as the subject, attach a photo of the damage and briefly explain the defect or deficiency. We will contact you as soon as possible with suggestions for solutions.
For all orders to Germany, Austria, Croatia and Bosnia-Herzegovina shipping is free of charge.
For deliveries to other EU countries (and Switzerland) we charge a flat rate of 10.00 EUR. Shipping is done with our logistics partners GLS and UPS. As soon as we have shipped your order, you will receive an e-mail notification with the tracking number.
- Standard delivery time for Germany and Austria - approx. 10 to 15 days
- Standard delivery time for all other EU countries - about 15 days
