RETURNS AND EXCHANGE
If you are not satisfied with your order, you have the possibility
to return it within 15 days after receipt of the goods.
- For products that are not reduced, you will be refunded the full amount.
- At pre-sale, clearance sale and reduced products you will receive a voucher code for our Kuvet online shop with the same value.
How do I return goods to Kuvet?
The size does not fit or the shoes are not as hoped for ? Just follow these 3 steps to return your order:
Send an email to email@example.com with the subject Return or Exchange and your order number and we will send you all the necessary information.
Now pack the products and send them back to the given address. (We will take care of the reshipment of the shoes, this service is free of charge for you)
After we have received your return/exchange, you will immediately receive an online shop voucher (exchange) or your money back (* applies only to non-discounted goods).
When does the return period?
The return period at Kuvet begins after all the items in your order have arrived. If your order is complete, you hav14 daystoe exchange or return the goods. So please wait until your order has arrived completely.
We stand behind the quality of our products. If a defect occurs that is not due to normal wear and tear (or misuse), your shoes (or other products) will be repaired or completely replaced as soon as possible. The deadline for lodging a complaint is 6 months after receipt of the goods.
Defective products received, what now?
Your order arrived damaged? Please send us an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. Include your order number as the subject, attach a photo of the damage and briefly explain the defect or deficiency. We will contact you as soon as possible with suggestions for solutions.
For all orders to Germany, Austria, Croatia and Bosnia-Herzegovina shipping is free of charge.
For deliveries to other EU countries (and Switzerland) we charge a flat rate of 10.00 EUR. Shipping is done with our logistics partners GLS and UPS. As soon as we have shipped your order, you will receive an e-mail notification with the tracking number.
- Standard delivery time for Germany and Austria - approx. 10 to 15 days
- Standard delivery time for all other EU countries - about 15 days
